Ricardo Andana is an experienced professional in business management and human resources, holding positions such as Business Unit Director and Business Manager at Boost IT and Affinity Portugal, respectively. Previously, Ricardo worked as a Manager and Talent Manager at ALTER SOLUTIONS PORTUGAL, as well as a Sourcing & Recruitment Consultant at Smart Consulting - Delivering IT. Ricardo began the career in the training unit of Tranquilidade and obtained a degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa between 2015 and 2018.
