Mike Hill

Mike Hill is an experienced property professional with a comprehensive career spanning over three decades in property acquisitions and management. Currently serving as the Head of Property at Boots Hearingcare since May 2023, Mike previously held key positions including Head of Property Acquisitions (South) and Acquisition Manager at The Gym Group, where responsibilities focused on acquiring new locations across the UK. Prior roles include consultancy at Norbury Sansom, leadership at Travis Perkins overseeing property acquisitions, and development management at Wickes Building Supplies. Earlier in the career, Mike served as Property Acquisition Manager at Halfords Ltd and held roles as Development Surveyor and Graduate Surveyor at Hartnell Taylor Cook and J P Sturge, respectively. Mike holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic.
