Faye Ward

Faye Ward is an experienced UX Researcher currently working at Boots UK since October 2022. Prior to this role, Faye held positions at Sykes Holiday Cottages from December 2019 to October 2022, serving as a UX Researcher and previously as a Junior UX Researcher. Faye's experience in the industry extends back to a career at Sykes Cottages from May 2012 to November 2019, where roles included CRM Executive, Editorial Assistant, and Reservations. Additionally, Faye worked as a Copywriter at Design by Notice from April 2008 to July 2016. Faye holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the University of Chester, completed between 2007 and 2010.
