Abby Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation, human resources, and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, Abby previously held roles at Auterion as the US People Partner, where responsibilities included managing People Operations and ensuring compliance across multiple states. As the Director of Operations and COO at floorwire, Abby oversaw critical business functions for a PropTech startup. At Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation, Abby progressed through various HR roles, ultimately leading all human resources functions for a government contracting office. Abby's earlier experience includes managing operations at Marriott Hotels. Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Delaware.
