Elena Buckley

Elena Buckley is a seasoned professional in the field of biomedical engineering with extensive experience in healthcare operations and engineering management. Currently serving as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Elena has previously held key positions at the VA Boston Healthcare System, including Deputy Chief Operating Officer at the Brockton Campus and Department Chief of Clinical Engineering. Additionally, Elena was a Real Time Location System Program Manager for the South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16) and worked as a Clinical Engineer at VA Boston. Elena holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. Elena’s certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cost Engineer (CCE), and Certified Healthcare Technology Manager (CHTM).
