James Groves

James R. (Randy) Groves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in materials engineering, executive coaching, and management consulting. Currently serving as the Materials Engineering Leader for Booz Allen Hamilton's Digital Battlespace Platform, Groves leads a team focused on developing advanced technologies for defense clients. Additional roles include providing executive coaching at Halcyon Therapy Group and consulting for Peacemaker Partners, LLC. Groves has held significant positions in various organizations, including Tower Semiconductor as a Quality and Process Engineer, and has served in the United States Army Reserve, retiring as a Colonel. Academic credentials include a PhD in Materials Science from Stanford University, alongside multiple master’s degrees in Materials Science and Military Strategic Studies from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and The United States Army War College.
