Victor Meer

Victor Meer serves as the Associate General Counsel for Products and Emerging Technology at Booz Allen Hamilton since April 2024. Previously, Victor held the position of Director of Legal and Contracts at AVER, LLC, where strategic guidance and comprehensive contract administration were key responsibilities. Victor's experience also includes roles as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Contracts at Aveshka, Inc., where leadership was provided during a significant company transition, and as Legal Counsel at Accenture Federal Services, with a focus on regulatory compliance and post-merger integration. Victor's earlier roles include Associate General Counsel at Agilex Technologies, Senior Legal Director at SuccessFactors, and VP of Corporate Counsel at Plateau Systems, cumulatively demonstrating expertise in contract management, compliance, and corporate legal strategy. Victor holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University.
