Jo Whatley

Jo Whatley currently serves as the Head of Programs for Enterprise Standardisation and Efficiencies at Boral, where responsibilities include leading change management initiatives aligned with the company's Good to Great strategy. Prior experience includes roles such as HR/IR Director at GS E&C, and various leadership positions at Boral focusing on safety and human resources for major projects. Jo's extensive background also encompasses strategic consulting with Sangha People Solutions, as well as significant contributions in HR management at Bouygues Construction and Laing O'Rourke, among others. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Community Work from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from QUT.
