Currently serving as Senior Transmission Strategy and Planning Manager at Boralex Inc., Jerry has held previous roles including Project Manager – Grid Connections at Opdenergy and Principal – Transmission & Interconnection Studies at K&A Engineering Consulting. Jerry's expertise spans advanced power system modeling, transmission planning, and electrical maintenance, having worked with industry leaders such as GE and PSEG. With academic credentials including an MSc in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, Jerry combines technical knowledge with strategic oversight to enhance renewable generation interconnection and transmission reliability.
