Henry Ngan

Henry Ngan is a legal professional with extensive experience in health law, currently serving as a Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since March 2016, after previously holding the position of Senior Associate in the same area. Prior to joining BLG, Ngan worked as an Associate in the Litigation Department at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and served as Counsel in the Constitutional Law Branch of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Additionally, Ngan has experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court of Canada and has completed various roles, including an Articling Student position at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and research assistant roles at The University of Hong Kong and McGill University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) from McGill University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Arts & Science and Linguistics (Honours) from McMaster University.
