Dave Warren

Dave Warren is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Applications Director at Border States. Previously, Warren held key leadership positions at MTS Systems Corporation, including Director of Test IT Services and Operations, as well as Director of Development and PMO. At General Mills, Warren worked as the Manager of Information Systems - Analyst Services and IS Department Manager for ITQ Corporate Systems, while also contributing to the Board of Directors. Earlier in Warren's career, positions included Float Analyst for Data Reporting & Analytics at Wells Fargo, and Treasury Analyst - Billing Coordinator at United Healthcare. Warren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University between 1990 and 1992.
