Juha Koponen

Juha Koponen is a dual qualified transactional lawyer with extensive experience in capital markets, M&A, and private equity transactions. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Capital Markets at Borenius Attorneys Ltd since March 2014, Juha has advised on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Prior positions include Partner at Castrén & Snellman and Senior Associate roles at Dittmar & Indrenius and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where Juha focused on M&A and capital markets. Juha's legal education includes an LLM from Columbia Law School and an LLM from the University of Turku, along with a Master's degree in Marketing, business law, accounting, and finance from the Turku School of Economics.
