Kane Borg

Kane Borg is a skilled professional in computational design, currently serving as the Computational Design Developer and COO at Borg Markkula Oy since October 2021, while also working as a Developer at {protocell:labs} since January 2021, focusing on generative projects. As a Computational Design Consultant since January 2016, Kane specializes in data-driven design, data visualization, and applications of LiDAR and spatial data. Additionally, Kane has been a Research Assistant at Aalto University since September 2017, participating in various innovative design projects. Previous roles include Research and Development in software at STILRIDE, Architect and Civil Engineer at Architecture Project, and cofounder and Technical Director of Fablab Valletta. Kane holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from the University of Malta and has acquired extensive experience through internships and early roles in civil engineering and architecture.
