Edwin Xu

Edwin Xu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management, supply chain management, and supplier development. Currently serving as the General Manager at BorgWarner Inc.'s FIS Yantai Plant since December 2006, Edwin has held various senior management roles, including Senior Manager of Global Supplier Development and Senior Operation Manager, overseeing a workforce of 400 operators and managing significant revenue streams. Prior to this, leadership roles were undertaken at BorgWarner's emission systems plant in Stuttgart and in MorseTec China, focusing on sourcing and supplier development. Edwin's career also includes a position as STA Leader at thyssenkrupp Presta AG and as a Process Auditor at Nanjing Motor Group. Edwin holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Design from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
