Kristina Kern Wheeler

Kristina Kern Wheeler is a seasoned attorney and current Partner in the Utilities Group at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where involvement includes practice before state and federal courts as well as various regulatory bodies such as the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President & Staff Counsel for the Indiana Municipal Power Agency, leading legal efforts for a nonprofit public power agency servicing 52 municipalities, and successfully negotiating a $4 billion contract for the Prairie State Energy Campus. Kristina’s background also includes a tenure as General Counsel for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, overseeing the legal department and focusing on public and administrative utilities law. Kristina holds a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
