Linda Velasquez

Linda Velasquez is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Bose Corporation since January 2013, Linda leads the Center of Excellence focused on implementing global talent strategies and driving key development programs. Prior roles include Senior HR Consultant at The Hanover Insurance Group, where support was provided to corporate groups during organizational changes, and various HR Business Partner positions within Bose Corporation that encompassed multiple domains including health emerging business, global development engineering, and manufacturing. Earlier career experiences included technical recruiting at 3Com and career counseling at Brighton High School in partnership with the Boston Private Industry Council. Linda holds a B.S. in Psychology and Management from Boston University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University.
