For expense efficiency, Eric worked across the organization with their business partners, using peer benchmarking, activity-based costing, reengineering, digitization, and organizational analyses to achieve results. Eric was also responsible for the bank's enterprise data strategy, client databases, and loan calculators.
Eric was actively involved in the follow-on IPO activities of Citizens Bank, which was the largest traditional bank IPO in US history. Eric orchestrated road shows, sell downs, block trades, and was involved in dividends and buybacks. Eric handled relationships with equity investors, equity analysts, bond investors, and rating agencies.
Eric was on the Executive Committee and led the major committees of the bank including Disclosure, ALCO, Capital, and Pricing. Eric led many of the regulatory initiatives of the bank and maintained an ongoing dialogue with various regulators. Eric co-chaired the CCAR/ Regulatory Stress Testing program.
