Stacy Miller is a dedicated sustainability professional with extensive experience in energy policy and program development. Currently serving as the Sustainability Program Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis since November 2018, Stacy focuses on advancing the Minneapolis Climate Action Plan through community collaboration on clean energy initiatives. In addition, Stacy has been an elected Director at Dakota Electric Association since April 2019 and previously contributed as a Director for the Minnesota Rural Electric Association from April 2020 to May 2023. Prior roles include Commissioner on the Eagan Energy and Environment Advisory Commission and Solar Policy Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, where Stacy led solar policy initiatives. Stacy's academic background includes a Master of Science in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Arizona State University.
