Aviv Shmaya

Aviv Shmaya is an experienced professional in the field of information systems and consulting, currently serving as the Director of C4C/CPQ Services and Project Manager at Boston Harbor Consulting since July 2021. Prior to this role, Aviv held the position of Senior SAP Consultant at Value Plus for five years, specializing in SAP CRM/ICM, CX, and Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud. Aviv's career began in the Israel Defense Forces, where a role as an SAP CRM ICM Consultant was undertaken from 2009 to 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Haifa (2006-2009).
