Tim Collins

Tim Collins serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Boston Medical Center since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Organizational Development at Benchmark Senior Living from June 2020 to March 2023. Tim's extensive experience in education and organizational development also includes leadership positions at Bright Horizons, where Tim was Director and Senior Manager of the National Substitute Teacher Program, and at Sylvan Learning as Center Director and Director of Education. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from Boston University, having previously studied at Fairfield University.
