Justin Loughlin

Justin Loughlin serves as the Aquatics Director at South Shore YMCA since January 2023, following a role as Aquatics Coordinator at Cambridge Family YMCA from May 2021 to December 2022. In the summer of 2022, Justin also worked as a Lifeguard Instructor at South Shore YMCA, where responsibilities included training groups of 8-10 in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid according to Red Cross and YMCA standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Development Representative at MediaMax Network, where Justin focused on building high-value client partnerships through targeted outreach. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Fordham University, where education spanned from September 2015 to May 2020, and graduated from Northern Valley Regional HS at Old Tappan in 2015.
