Alfredo Bitencourt is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at Botmaker since June 2020, Alfredo has previously held key roles at Wavy Global (now Sinch LatAm) as Sales Manager and Account Executive. Alfredo co-founded Move it Digital, specializing in O2O solutions, and worked in various capacities at companies such as Telefônica Brasil, Spring Global, Deloitte, and Wunderman. With a strong foundation in business administration, complemented by an MBA in Information Technology Management from FIAP, Alfredo has demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, consultative selling, and project management across multiple industries.
