Eva Lindqvist is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and strategic development. Currently serving as HR-chef at Botrygg AB since December 2021 and as the founder of GiG HR since October 2020, Eva has previously held key HR roles at Nodra AB, Biototal AB, Verisure, Aleris Sverige, Proxima Healthcare AB, Motala Verkstad, and Cambio Healthcare Systems, accumulating extensive experience across various sectors. Eva's career is marked by responsibilities such as managing all personnel-related matters, supporting organizational growth, and implementing HR strategies, as well as involvement in collective agreements and personnel transitions. With a Master’s degree in Behavioural Science, Human Resource Management, and Work Science from Linköping University, Eva combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the field.
