Katie Polyakova

Katie Polyakova, CTP, currently serves as a Strategic Client Executive at Bottomline, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Katie was the Senior Vice President and Head of Payments and Transaction Services at IDB Bank from September 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a high-performance department, optimizing processes, and directing strategic initiatives in payments and customer service. Katie's experience also includes significant roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as Head of Non-Jap Corporate Sales and Vice President/Senior Product Manager for Cash Management, as well as a Healthcare Market Manager at BNY Mellon. Katie began a career at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business & Investment Management and a BBA in Finance & Economics, both from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
