Irena Okoren

Irena Okoren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digitalization and project management within the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Head Of Department for Digitalisering og Skyutvikling Microsoft at Bouvet ASA since January 2021, Irena previously led departments and teams at DNB, where responsibilities included overseeing the development and testing of DNB's digital platform and managing portfolios of unsecured loan IT projects. Irena's career also includes roles in marketing and communications at Microsoft, Telenor, and ForgeRock, contributing to various successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Irena holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Business Administration from the University of Pécs and Middlesex University.
