Isabelle Balestra

Isabelle Balestra currently serves as General Counsel at Bouygues Construction since January 2023. Previously, Balestra held the position of Group General Counsel at Groupe Keolis from August 2013 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Legal Department at VINCI Construction Grands Projets (January 2008 - July 2013), Deputy Legal Director at Saipem (2006 - 2008), and Legal Advisor at Bouygues Offshore (2000 - 2006). Balestra began a legal career as an Attorney At Law at a law firm from 1989 to 1999. Education includes a Certified Board Director diploma from Sciences Po Executive Education (2022), a CAPA from EFB (1993), and a DESS in Droit du Commerce Extérieur from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne (1989).
