Sam Pepper holds extensive experience in infrastructure and project management within educational and governmental sectors. Currently serving as Acting Director of Infrastructure and Deputy Director at Box Hill Institute since January 2016, Sam oversees campus master planning, capital project design, and facilities management. Previously, positions include Director of Projects and Senior Project Manager at the Department of Human Services, where Sam led the revitalization of the Heidelberg Project and managed public housing development. Additionally, Sam has held roles such as Senior Program Manager at the Higher Education and Skills Group and Architect at Salt Evans Architects. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Executive Masters of Public Administration from ANZSOG and a Bachelor of Architecture from RMIT University.
