Herbie Guzman

Herbie Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical direction. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Box since June 2024, Guzman previously held leadership roles at Coursera as Director of Customer Success and at Vivi and BookNook as Senior Director of Customer Success. Guzman's career began in technical roles at the Palm Beach County School District and Pine Crest School, culminating in comprehensive management of theatrical productions and AV support. Additionally, Guzman has experience in business development at ISSGLOBAL and started in customer success roles at Nearpod. Education includes ongoing studies at Broward College.
