Bob Reimer

Bob Reimer currently serves as the Elvin and Fleta Patterson Sims Director for the Berry Center for Integrity in Leadership at Berry College and as the Deputy Chief of the Research and Scholarship Division at the Center for Character and Leadership Development (USAFA). Reimer's previous roles at the United States Air Force Academy include Director of Leadership Core, Associate Professor, and Director of Curriculum Development, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum execution, faculty management, and leadership education. Reimer also held the position of Chief, In-Country Military Training & Education with NATO, focusing on training requirements for the Afghan Air Force. An Industrial and Organizational Psychology PhD graduate from Penn State University, Reimer’s research and practical experiences emphasize leader assessment and development across diverse organizational settings. Education includes advanced degrees in Counseling and Human Services and Aeronautical Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
