Jennifer Sparti, CPSM, C.P.M., is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a robust background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Committee Chair Pack 422 for Boy Scouts of America and as Purchasing Manager for Huber Engineered Materials, Jennifer has extensive expertise in managing substantial procurement operations, including a role as Procurement Manager for Allnex with oversight of a $110M spend across various commodities. Previous positions include procurement and sourcing leadership at Americo Manufacturing Company, strategic buying at Cabot Corporation, and quality management at Vanderlande Industries Inc. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, along with certifications in supply management and purchasing from the Institute of Supply Management.
