Alain Pescador

Alain Pescador is a seasoned professional in executive search and organizational leadership, currently serving as Principal at Boyden since November 2021, where the focus is on Board, C-suite, and VP searches for purpose-driven organizations globally. Prior to this role, Alain held various positions at Boyden, including Senior Associate and Associate. Alain has also significantly contributed to the non-profit sector, notably as Executive Director of What Design Can Do Mexico, leading initiatives aimed at achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals through design and innovation. Other key roles include Founding Director of 6 Degrees at the Institute for Canadian Citizenship, Director of Program and Content at the International Economic Forum of the Americas, and Special Advisor and Project Manager for the Office of the Rt.
