Alan Mogridge

Alan Mogridge is an experienced leader in child and club safety, currently serving as the Director of Child & Club Safety for the Northeast Region at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since 2020. Prior to this role, Alan held senior consulting positions at Safe-Wise Consulting, focusing on safety and risk management for youth-serving organizations, and was the CEO of Mount Desert Island YMCA. Alan's extensive background also includes managerial roles at other YMCAs, such as Branch Executive Director at Valley YMCA and Associate Executive Director at Greater Waterbury YMCA. Alan’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maine.
