Ashley Howard

Ashley Howard is an experienced educational professional currently serving as Program Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since June 2023. Previously, Ashley worked at Gads Hill Center from January 2017 to March 2024 as a Youth Worker, focusing on creative learning for inner-city youth through various interdisciplinary activities. As a Resource Coordinator at the HOPE Institute of Learning Academy, Ashley facilitated inclusive learning experiences for students and families. Ashley has also contributed to youth education as an instructor in the One Summer Chicago Youth on Youth program and held leadership roles such as Second Vice President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. and Chairman of the Diversity Action Council at Eastern Illinois University. With a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from Eastern Illinois University, Ashley has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting diversity and engagement among youth and community members.
