Leon Bell

Leon Bell currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a position held since April 2023, focusing on building partnerships and enhancing organizational capabilities. Prior to this role, Leon accumulated over a decade of experience at Michigan Crossroads Council, Boy Scouts of America, where various positions included Chief Operating Officer and field service leadership roles, contributing significantly to membership recruitment, fundraising, and program management. Leon's career began with the Great Lakes Field Service Council, where leadership was provided in fundraising, volunteer management, and community engagement. Leon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science Pre-law from Michigan State University and has completed professional development training in Generational Diversity through the Boy Scouts of America.
