Teresa Walch

Teresa Walch is an experienced executive with extensive leadership in youth development and education within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since May 2007, Teresa has held previous roles including Chief Executive Officer at Boys & Girls Club of Benton County and Boys & Girls Club of Abilene. Earlier experience includes a position as DOD Schools Officer with the United States Department of Defense, where Teresa acted as the liaison for school operations, and as Director and Juvenile Probation Officer for the Juvenile Alternative Services Program. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
