Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County is responsible for overseeing and steering the organization's strategic vision and operational execution. Comprised of key executives, including the President & CEO and various Vice Presidents overseeing Human Resources, Development, Finance, Education, and Workforce Development, this team ensures alignment across departments to deliver exceptional youth programming and drive the organization's mission to inspire and equip young people in Dane County.
