Mike Hare

Mike Hare has been involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware for many years, and is currently the Chairman. Prior to this, they held various human resources positions with JP Morgan Chase, Dover Downs Hotel & Casino, and Harrahs Chester Casino and Racetrack. Mike has a long history of working with and advocating for youth, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. Mike is a strong leader and an effective communicator, which has helped him be successful in their career.

Mike Hare has a MEd from Penn State Great Valley in Training Design and Development, a BS Ed from the University of Delaware in Education, and a PHR from Wilmington University.
