Corporate Governance Team

The Corporate Governance Team at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley is responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to best practices in governance, oversees strategic direction, and maintains accountability to stakeholders. This team, composed of board chairs, trustees, and advisors, provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to secure the organization's mission of supporting East Tennessee youth through its programs.
