Matty Hogarth

Matty Hogarth is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Future Skills and Learning Lead at bp since June 2023. Previously, Matty held roles such as Global Learning and Development Manager at Indeed Flex and Bally's Interactive from August 2022 to August 2022, and Global Learning Programs Manager at Siemens for a brief period in 2021. Matty's career includes significant positions at Entain as Global Learning Design Manager and at De Vere in Special Events and Group Tours. Matty began the career at TFE Hotels as Team Manager. Matty holds a CIPD HR Management qualification in Human Resources Management and Services and completed education at Harry Carlton Comprehensive School, specializing in Maths and Computing from 2003 to 2008.
