Tracey Pearce

Tracey Pearce is an accomplished program manager and principal consultant with extensive experience in data management and consulting services. Currently at bp since June 2021, Tracey leads a global team to consolidate master data and enhance accessibility through API integration. Tracey also works with Infosys Consulting as a principal consultant, focusing on client proposals, team leadership, and knowledge sharing. Previously, Tracey served as the data lake product owner for EDF (UK) and held various roles at bp, notably as a senior subsurface information and knowledge management specialist, where significant advancements in document accessibility were implemented using AI technologies. Tracey's educational pursuits include a BSc in Computing & IT from The Open University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership.
