Varun Kumar

Varun Kumar is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Manager at bp since November 2024, Varun previously held the role of Manager CoE (Product & Marketing) at Bajaj Auto Finance from July 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading the development of new digital products and enhancing digital sales through partnerships and targeted marketing strategies. Prior to that, Varun worked as a Senior Engineer at John Deere from July 2015 to April 2021. Varun holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur (June 2021 - June 2022) and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune (June 2011 - June 2015).
