Andrew Huang, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Associate in Transaction (M&A) Services at BPM LLP since August 2023, where responsibilities include financial, accounting, and operational due diligence reporting, as well as creating Quality of Earnings reports and assessing market trends impacting project cash flow and deal valuations. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Audit Associate at EY from October 2020 to May 2023, conducting financial statement audits for publicly traded companies and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and PCAOB standards. Andrew also held the position of Audit Associate at BPM LLP in June 2019 and gained initial experience as an Assurance Intern. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Biola University.
