Alice Costa

Alice Costa has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Quality System & Quality Compliance head at Bracco since March 2015. In this role, Alice manages quality system documentation, oversees deviation, CAPA, and change control processes, and ensures validation of DCS automation. Prior to Bracco, Alice worked as a QA Pharmaceutical Consultant at CTP SYSTEM, providing support for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices across multiple multinational pharmaceutical companies. Alice also has experience managing quality systems for an AIFA-accredited pharmaceutical company specializing in sterile products for Advanced Therapy. Alice's early career included an administrative role at Edil Buccellini S.R.L. Alice holds a Master’s Degree and a Degree in Veterinary Biotechnology from the University of Milan.
