Dr Andres Felipe Marmol Velez

Dr. Andres Felipe Marmol Velez is an accomplished professional in the fields of mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering, currently serving as the Automation Team Lead at Vaxxas since August 2021. With a strong background in research and development, Dr. Marmol Velez has previously held positions such as Senior Mechatronics Engineer at Provectus Algae and Research Engineer at PrecisionAI Pty Ltd, where contributions included the synthesis of high-value compounds and development of surgical aids, respectively. Additional experiences range from roles as a Research Assistant at QUT Institute for Future Environments to sessional academic positions educating undergraduate students.
