Elizabeth C. Sauer

Elizabeth C. Sauer is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in real estate and finance, currently serving as a Partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP since February 2021. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Shareholder in the real estate and finance group at Baker Donelson from September 2014 to February 2021, where counsel was provided to various stakeholders in commercial real estate transactions, particularly in the healthcare and senior living sectors. Elizabeth also served as a partner in the real estate group at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis from August 2010 to August 2014 and held associate positions at Arent Fox and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP. Elizabeth earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia in 2004 and a B.A. with distinction from the same institution in 2001.
