Previously, Stephen served as a Partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from January 2016 to April 2023, where notable transactions included financing for a family entertainment company and the acquisition of waste haulers. Stephen also played a pivotal role in establishing the corporate practice at Ballard Spahr LLP and led various significant legal transactions at Carlton Fields, Gray Television, and other firms.
