Sharon Chirichella

Sharon Chirichella, CSP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Brady Services since March 2024. Previously, Sharon held the same title at Market America, Inc. from September 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Branch Manager at Hire Dynamics from February 2010 to September 2021 and as an Employee Relations Specialist at American Express from May 2005 to December 2009. Sharon began career in human resources at Vitafoam as a Corporate Benefits Coordinator and Assistant to the CEO and VP of Human Resources from 2001 to 2005. Responsibilities throughout the career included consulting with employees, coaching leadership, mediating disputes, and conducting analysis and research to inform decision-making. Sharon is skilled in applying process framework models such as Leadership, Consulting, Change Management, Coaching, and Feedback. Educational background includes an A.S. Degree in Applied Science, Business Computer Programming from Rockingham Community College.
