Bragi is the inventor of TWS headphones back in 2013 and is today delivering key software components for AI headphones. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in China. You will be responsible together with the sales team for winning new customers, managing our existing ones, and developing our business with ODMs, semiconductor companies, and design houses (IDH). You will work closely with the headquarters in Europe and other team members to win and develop business with the biggest brands and players in the industry.

This is a remote role based in Shenzhen, China
What you will do
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brands
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners (SoC, ODM, IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiences
Serve as a liaison between customers/partners and the product development/ R&D team, incorporating feedback into future products and solutions
Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors
Provide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process, including product demonstrations, reports, technical presentations, and training sessions
Train other members of the sales and business development team on the technical aspects of the company's solutions and work with the Project Management
Travel within Dongguan, China, and occasionally internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
What you will need
+3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the audio or consumer electronics industry
Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, hardware / software technologies and manufacturing processes in the audio or consumer electronics domain
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
You have experience in sales within the headphone value chain (ODM, IDH, semiconductor company)
Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English
