Tim Goalen

Tim Goalen is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the IT and business sectors. Currently serving as Transformation Product Manager at Brambles since December 2021, Tim is responsible for the development and maintenance of industry-standard tools to support a diverse range of initiatives, focusing on change management and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Tim worked at CHEP for over two decades, progressing through roles including Senior Business Relationship Manager and Business Relationship Manager for Unified Communications & Collaboration, where Tim enhanced communication effectiveness within the organization. Additional positions at CHEP included Manager of Interactive Content and Senior Business Analyst, alongside earlier roles as Implementation Specialist and Sales Implementation Executive, emphasizing customer training and support. Tim began the professional journey at Venson Group Plc as a Sales Administrator after completing education at Kingston Grammar School and Esher College.
