Lois Stanley

Lois Stanley serves as the Vice President of Campus Planning and Operations at Brandeis University since October 2019, overseeing auxiliaries, facilities administration, and safety. Prior to this role, Lois served as the Director of Campus and Capital Renewal Planning at Tufts University, where the first campus planning office was established. Lois's earlier experience includes working at Harvard University as a Capital Projects Manager, responsible for managing diverse capital projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $20 million, ensuring alignment with faculty expectations and sustainability goals. Lois holds a PhD in Urban Studies and Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master’s in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a BS in Management from Virginia Tech.
